I decided to start with a healthy lifestyle.

One of my goals this year was to have a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to my trip to Peru i gained weight so now I plan to lose weight with the help of good nutrition and exercise.

Amo totalmente comer toronjas, son mi adicción.

Y obviamente necesitaba ver si realmente bajo de peso, así que me compre esta Bascula . Aun no tengo un peso ideal o cuanto me gustaría bajar, simplemente me quiero reafirmar y bajar eso extra que tengo.

And obviously needed to see if it really losing weight, so I buy this Weight Scale.Although I have no ideal weight or how much I would like to lose, I just want to reaffirm and reduce extra that I have.

Actualización:
Llevo 6 días que inicie con mi vida Sana, deje toda chuchería, ahora como sanamente y hago ejercicios a diario.  Y ya hay cambios!  

 Pesaba 57.2 kg y ahora peso 55.3 kg!  No es mucho pero para mi es un logro ya que yo suelo ser demasiado perezosa. Ahora realmente estoy motivada y espero seguir así. También reduci 6 cm de cintura. Estoy muy contenta.

Update:

It's been 6 days since I start with my Healthy life, I don't eat junk food anymore, i only eat healthy food and  I do exercise daily. And there are changes alredady!

My Weight was 57.2 Kg now my Weight is 55.3 Kg! Not much but for me it is an achievement because I'm usually too lazy. Now I'm really motivated and hope to continue losing weight. Also reduced  6 cm of waist. I am very happy!

My new face Routine

Hoy les hablare un poco de mi nueva rutina facial, siempre he sido de esas chicas que no tienen rutina alguna, siendo honesta antes de que iniciara mi camino como Gyaru, no me preocupaba en absoluto sobre el cuidado de mi piel y cuerpo, incluso tampoco de mi salud. Desde hace poco fue que me empecé a interesar en todo eso, poco a poco me empecé a investigar acerca de los cuidados para cada cosa, desde el cabello hasta una buena alimentación.


Today im going to talk about my new face care routine, i was always that type of girl that never had a routine of something, to be honest before becoming a Gyaru, I was not worried at all about taking care of my skin and body, not even my health.Recently was that I became interested in all that, little by little I started to research about caring for everything, from hair to good nutrition.

Comenzando con mis cuidados de rostro; cuantas veces hemos dicho que seguiremos una rutina y siempre terminamos olvidandola? a mi me pasa muy seguido, pero esta vez quiero continuar. Ya llevo 3 dias siguiendo esta rutina y la verdad que ya estoy notando cambios y mejorías en mi rostro.

Starting with my face care; how many times have we said we will follow a routine and always end up forgetting it? often this happens to me, but this time I want to continue.I've been following this routine 3 days and the truth that I'm noticing changes and improvements in my face.

Este es el Jabon de Azufre de la marca Grisi, lo utilizo 2 veces al dia. Lo que hago yo, es humeder mi cara con agua tibia primero, después utilizando el jabon hago que se vuelva espumoso ya luego lo aplico en la cara, ahi lo dejo actuar por menos de 10 minutos. Despues lo retiro con agua fria y seco mi cara con una toalla. Con este jabon he notado que trabaja con las manchitas del rostro. Apenas llevo usándolo unos dias y ya he visto cambios. Mi rostro termina bastante suave aunque un poco seco (pero claro se supone que este jabón te quita toda la grasa de la cara xD). Lei muchas recomendaciones acerca de usar el jabón de avena. Espero pronto comprarlo para probarlo también.

This is the Sulfur soap from Grisi that i use 2 times por day. What i do, first of all hydrate your face with some lukewarm water, then using the soap making it frothy, apply it on your face, leave it for about less then 10 minutes. Then remove the soap with cold water. I've been using it just a few days and I have seen changes. My face ends quite smooth although a little dry. I read many recommendations about using oatmeal soap too.

Después del jabon utilizo un gel, el Gel de Garnier Pure Active, este gel lo uso solo una vez en la noche. Este sirve para la reducción de marcas en la cara y para limpiar los poros. Este se aplica en las zonas que deseas que actue, suavemente masajeando e insistiendo en la zona. Yo solo me lo aplico por no mas de 1 minuto y después lo retiro con abundante agua y LISTO!

Afters using the soap i use the gel, Garnier Pure Active gel. I only use this one time, before bedtime. Serves to reduce marks on the face and to clean the pores.  Apply in the areas you want, gently massaging those areas. I only apply it for about no more then a minute and then i washed off with plenty of water.

También como parte de la rutina empezare a usar una vez a la semana, estas tiritas para los puntos negros en la nariz y de hecho es la primera vez que utilizo de estas. Me miraba bastante graciosa. Creo que es la primera vez que subo una foto mia sin nada de maquillaje, aqui solo estoy usando mis CL.

Also as part of the routine start using once a week this blackheads remover sheets, this is my first time using one. I looked so funny. I think that its the first time i upload a photo of me without makeup, here im just wearing my CL. 

Quisiera probar otros productos, pero mas adelante. He leido muy buenas reseñas acerca de las tiras para puntos negros de la marca Etude House.
I want to try another products, but in the future. I read some good reviews about Etude house blackheads remover sheet.

♥ Yesterday ♥

Ayer fue un dia genial, salí con mi familia. Fuimos al cine a ver la película de del increible hombre araña y lo mas genial es que pase el día con mi padre y mi hermano comiendo palomitas, nachos y bebiendo coca cola. Amo a mi familia!

Acerca de la película: creo que es buena! muy buena! me gusto que saliera el primer amor de Peter Parker y la pelea de el Lagarto con Spider Man. Sinceramente me gusto mas que las otras peliculas de Spider Man.

Yesterday was a cool day with my family, we went to the movie theater to watch the amazing spider man, it was an amazing movie! and the cool thing is that i spend my day with my dad and my little brother eating nachos, popcorns and drinking coca cola. I love my family.

About the movie: i thinks this movie is good! really good! i really enjoy it!  i liked that the first love of Peter Parker appeared in the movie and of course the fight of The lizard vs Spider Man. To be honest i like more this movie then the other spider man's movies.
