Este que les traigo ahora lo aprendí hace bastante tiempo, y es uno de mis favoritos! claro, le estoy hablando de un platillo llamado Curry ( Japones) Es bastante sencillo y delicioso!
Today i'm going to share with you this awesome recipe, im talking about "Curry" (japanese), its really easy and delicious!
Let's start! 
(Receta para dos persona // Recipe for 2)
Ingredientes // Ingredients:
- 1 Papa // 1 Potato
- 1 o 2 Zanahorias grandes // 1 or 2 large Carrots
- Cebolla // Onion
- Caja de Curry // pack of Curry
- Carne, puede ser de Cerdo, Res o Pollo (en mi caso use pechuga de pollo) // Meat, you can use Pork, Beef or Chicken ( i used chicken breast)
- Agua // Water
- Pimienta // Pepper
- Sal // Salt
- Arroz // Rice
Nota // Note:
Puedes agregarle mas vegetales a tu gusto // You can add more vegetables if you want
Arroz: si tienes una arrocera, sigue las intrucciones de la arrocera. Pero si no tienes una, puedes hacer el arroz de la manera clasica, primero que nada lava y limpia el arroz, hasta que el agua deje de verse blanca. Luego en una cacerola pon a hervir agua, una vez hervido, agregare el arroz y cubrelo con una tapadera. Dejalo a fuego medio y mientras el arroz esta listo puedes comenzar con la parte de las verduras. No olvides que mientras haces todo tienes que esta checando el arroz hasta que este listo.

If you don't have a rice cooker, then you can do it the old way, first of all clean and wash very well the rice until the water does not look white. Then in a saucepan add water boil up, when the water is boiling add the rice, cover the saucepan and keep it in medium heat, util the rice is ready you can begin doing the part with the vegetables. Do not forget that while you do all the other things, check the rice until is done.

Primero que nada comenzaremos pelando la papa, no olvides que después de pelar debes de lavarla muy bien, tampoco no olvides lavar los demás vegetales.

Es hora de cortar! corta las papa en piezas rectangulares, luego las zanahorias y la cebolla trata de cortarla en grandes piezas.

Aqui se muestra como corte la cebolla.Ahora agrega todas las verduras en un mismo recipiente.

Yo utilice pechugas de pollo y lo que hice fue agarrar una sola pechuga y cortarla a la mitad, toma una de las mitades y empieza a cortala en cuadros ni muy chicos ni muy grandes. Asi como se muestra en la foto.

Ahora en un sarten agrega 1 taza y media de agua, déjala hervir un poco. Luego agrégale el pollo que cortaste, puedes condimentar a tu gusto, utilizando pimienta y sal ( yo utilice sal de ajo). Déjalo en fuego medio.

Ya que hayan pasado 10 minutos, agrégale toda la verdura. No olvides colocar la tapadera del sarten, para que la verdura se cocine mejor.

Ahora vamos al ingrediente principal, el curry, esta caja tiene una especie de tableta grande la cual la puedes cortar en 5 pedazos, en esta ocasión solo utilizaremos 2, ya si gustas le puedes agregar 3.

Una vez que veas que ya esta bien cocida las papas y zanahoria, le agregas las 2 o 3 piezas de curry y empiezas a revolver hasta que se haya disuelto completamente.

Y listo! algo asi te tiene que quedar! puedes agregar el arroz a un lado o abajo del curry
